"I had a pretty serious incident with my car yesterday and I needed to file a report with my insurer, State Farm. I could either complete it with a notary or at any State Farm office. I happened to end up across the street from Tatiana’s office on Ventura Blvd so I walked in and asked Tatiana for help. Even though Tatiana is not my agent, she could not have been more friendly or welcoming. She and the other agents made what was going to be a somewhat tedious task into a fun and breezy 15-minutes of my afternoon. State Farm has provided top-quality insurance for me and my family for many years now and I can’t say enough good things about this particular office!"
